Introduction According to domestic and foreign studies, in the last decade there has been an increase number of HIV-infected patients suffering from alcoholic disease. Under influence alcohol, risk infection transmission HIV increases, course disease worsens. There is a syndemia between alcohol abuse infection. This requires new approaches tactics managing narcological hospital with Objectives To identify prevalence substance use treatment facility second stage. Methods The authors analyzed 446 medical histories who underwent inpatient 2009-2021. For data processing, statistical method for calculating relative indicators used. Results study showed that significant proportion were working age 40-59 years. At same time, since 2009, total patients. So, if 2009 they 1.2%, then 2021 already 7.2%.
